Terms of Sale

Can I obtain an invoice showing VAT?
All of our deliveries are accompanied by a detailed invoice on which the VAT is clearly shown.

What means of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by banker’s card, cheque (print out your order form and send it to us with your cheque for the total), cash with the order (metropolitan Fraance only) and by postal transfer or SWIFT (contact our accounts department).

What if I place several orders ?
Only orders that are paid for will be dispatched.

Do you accept international orders?
We welcome orders from anywhere in the world.

How do I know where my order is?
You can follow the status of your order by clicking on the « accounts & orders » button at the top of the screen. Use your email address and your password to access your order and see where it stands.

What are the delivery fees?
Whatever the size of the order, we charge a fixed fee for postage and packing.
Group your orders in order to avoid paying delivery charges.

How can I be sure that my personal details are protected?
Any information gathered on our server is strictly confidential and we pledge not to sell it to, or exchange with any other parties for any reason whatsoever.

I placed an order through your site 4 days ago and I haven’t received it yet!
We’re sure you understand that we can only dispatch an order after receiving payment for it. For this reason, a payment by “cheque with the order” will only be sent once we have received the cheque.

 

Technical FAQs

Is the ink that you sell Canon®, Epson®, H.P.®?
We only market Crab Chemical® registered brand ink and are totally independent of any major manufacturers.

What are the procedures for refilling a cartridge?
Each kit comes with the necessary tools and a detailed user’s guide. For further help there is a technical service hotline available during office hours by telephone (you’ll find the number on the user’s guide) or by email. We promise to answer within 24 hours.

And what are the risks for the print heads?
Our inks have never been the cause of print head problems. Some stores have been selling our products for over 5 years and you can be sure that if ever there had been any hint of trouble they would have let us know some time ago. There is a list of independent sales outlets on our website which you can contact if you wish to obtain their appreciation of our products.
