1/ Guarantee against the misappropriation of your banker’s card

All FIA-NET-insured sites give full coverage against the misappropriation of your banker’s card number. Be it during transmission or from the database of the site itself or that of its financial service provider, FIA-NET will reimburse you in full up to 7 622.00 €.

This reimbursement is made by our guarantors, Axa Courtage. It goes without saying that all sites that have taken out a contract with us are safe sites that have been audited by us. In this way you can be assured of extra-safe purchasing.

2/ Litigation of any kind
If you have any type of problem with a sales site, please get in touch with us. Our legal help service will take care of you and help you obtain damages for any losses sustained. Our aim is to help you make sure that your rights are respected and to do so we work with Juridica which is a subsidiary of the AXA group’s Projection Juridique.

If you are unsure whether or not your banker‘s card information was stolen from a FIA-NET site, don’t panic! Our legal protection service will do everything in its power to make sure that you get the information you require and rapid satisfaction from your bank.

If there is a problem, what should I do?
Conatct us through the « consumer service » link on our site. Fill in your declaration with all the necessary information to allow us to find out if your transaction was made through a FIA-NET site and just let us do the rest.

We will make direct contact with the incriminated site in order to discover the origin of the embezzlement. If it turns out that it is in fact a FIA-NET site which is at the root of the problem, you will be immediately reimbursed. If, on the other hand, the litigation is of a commercial nature, you will be immediately taken care of.

We strongly recommend that you restrict your purchasing to sites carrying the FIA-NET label as these are the only ones where you are sure to get your money back in case of misappropriation.
