All our refill kits come with a full satisfaction or money-back guarantee valid for 30 days – i.e . 23 days longer than the legal obligations for mail orders sales. To take full advantage of the guarantee, products must be returned after a returns number has been allocated.

With the purchase of a refill kit you gain free and unlimited access to our “hotline”

Any other articles included in the order will only be refunded if they are are unopened and in good condition.

Delivery and return costs will be at your expense. The cost of the products purchased only will be refunded.

We commit ourselves to sending your refund cheque within 15 working days from receipt of the returned product.
