Had it not been for Powerklin we would have thrown our expensive A3 printer away. A new one would have cost us £499.

"I have just received the nozzle cleaning kit. Congratulations for the rapidity and the online client follow-up. That's what I call fast!

My EPSON Stylus Color 890, which I thought was definitely finished, has been given a new lease on life. Easy cleaning. Here the heads can't be dismantled. By respecting the instructions, all goes well.

*-*-* A word of advice, to avoid saturating the foam under the print head while injecting the MAGIC liquid, I took the trouble to fold a half sheet of absorbent paper into a 1.5 cm wide strip, I put the heads in the raised position (lever), put the paper underneath, then carried out the unclogging procedure.

The paper absorbs the excess liquid and diffuses it throughout the lower layer.

I allowed it time to work as indicated in the instructions.

Then before removing the paper, I went back and forth under the head to wipe away the rest of the dissolved ink. (Procedure then repeated with clean paper, it was very dirty.)

The installation of a new cartridge necessitated ONE ONLY priming procedure.

Then we began printing photos just like on Day 1.

We were spared the purchase of a new printer.
